The high ±-lactalbumin content makes it ideally suited as a protein source in infant formula. # Lacprodan CGMP - high content of Caseino Glyco Macro Peptides & Sialic Acid A very high content of caseino glyco macro peptides (CGMP) obtained by ultrafiltration and fractionation. The component is a bioactive milk fraction and is also useful for nutrition to phenylketoneurics. # Lacprodan PL - milk protein concentrate rich in phospholipids A milk protein concentrate rich in phospholipids. The product is a good source of phosphatidyl serine and of sphingolipids including sphingomyelin, ceramides and gangliosides. The protein contains 23 mole phosphorus per mole of protein. The protein has a high Ca-binding ability. At pH 6 at least 30 moles of Ca per mole of protein can be bound.
